
Terri – Practice Administrator
Terri is a native Austinite and has been with the team longer than any other team member, joining Dr. Worob in 1989. “I feel truly blessed to be a part of this practice for the many years that I have and getting to know our patients. 12 Oaks’ passion for health and dentistry is reflected throughout the office and in the care we provide for our patients. My role as practice administrator is to ensure that our office always provides quality care and excellent customer service to you, our patient.”
Terri married her high school sweetheart Ronald and they have 1 son, Ryan. When she is away from the office, her greatest joy is spending time with her 3 grandchildren. She is a dog lover, loves attending sporting events, curling up with a good mystery, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
Kelley – Scheduling Coordinator
Kelley describes herself as a “Smile Girl”. This has always been the first thing she notices about people. Kelley graduated at the top of her class with Allied Health Careers and has been in the dental field since 1995. She spent her first 13 years as a chair-side assistant and has since been in the administrative office. Kelley joined our practice in 2012 and gets great satisfaction from being part of a team that helps others achieve healthy beautiful smiles. As a chairside assistant, she experienced a wide variety of dental procedures and feels that the knowledge she gained is still very helpful in educating and comforting patients.
Kelley has two daughters and fur babies that she loves spending time with. Kelley also enjoys family game nights, traveling with friends, attending Longhorn sporting events and any craft project that involves glitter.
Carrie – Business Assistant / Marketing Coordinator
Carrie joined 12 Oaks Dental in July 2016. She has been in the dental field since 2005. Her tremendous knowledge of all things dental is an ideal fit with our team. You will feel welcomed by her warm smile and spunky attitude.

Carrie is the proud mother of two amazing kiddos. Aubrey is an ER nurse in College Station, TX. Colton is a busy high school student and keeps his mom busy as chauffeur, chef, and problem solver extraordinaire. She enjoys cooking and baking yummy gluten-free meals and treats, traveling, and supporting her children’s various activities. For those indulging times, Carrie likes shopping, exploring all the fun things Austin has to offer, and DIY projects around her home.
Business Assistant/Insurance Coordinator
Rebecca graduated from The Center for Dental Professionals in 2008 and entered the dental field as a Registered Dental Assistant. Although she loves working closely with patients chairside, she came to love the administrative aspects of dentistry too. She will more than likely be the friendly face you will see upon your arrival.

When not working, Rebecca enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying different cardio classes, and anything crafty. You will also find her cheering on her 4 nephews at the baseball fields, almost year round. Although she doesn’t have human kids of her own, she shares two hilarious pugs with her boyfriend Michael. Sammy and Ginger keep them very entertained!
Paddy – Registered Dental Hygienist
Paddy graduated from Amarillo College with a dental hygiene degree in 1974. She has been practicing in Austin since 1986. Paddy also is a 1988 graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Accounting and has her CPA license. She enjoys building relationships with patients and getting to know them on a personal basis. When Paddy is not working she enjoys biking, swimming, quilting, crocheting and spending time with her 3 children.
BeTu – Registered Dental Hygienist
A southern Louisiana native, BeTu made the move to Austin about 8 years ago. She loves the unique character that Austin offers to both locals, as well as out of towners. Along with its small city feel like her hometown. BeTu graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2007 as a Bachelor of Health Science in dental hygiene. She loves interacting with her patients and being able to go above and beyond for each patient’s needs. She strives for perfection and does it from the heart. She enjoys celebrating her accomplishments and goals with her colleagues and heavily values team effort.

When BeTu isn’t with us in the office, she enjoys cooking for her husband Eric, and her puppy Angel. Her friends call her “the whip it lady” because she can whip up anything on a whim, when it comes to cooking. BeTu appreciates the outdoors, traveling, and hopping around town with her “foodie” friends checking out Austin’s restaurants. Her goal is to, one day, explore the world with her future children to try out various ethnic cuisines. “Nothing brings people together like good food.”
Daniell – Dental Hygienist
Daniell is a native Texan raised in Houston, she obtained her Dental Hygiene degree from The University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston (UTSD Houston). While attending UTSD Houston she was Senior class President and founded The American Tooth Fairy Chapter. The American Tooth Fairy’s mission is to help those in underserved communities who do not have access to dental health care. She joined the 12 Oaks Dental team in February of 2022.
As a child, Daniell enjoyed going to the dentist which inspired her dental career and her objective to create a positive pain-free visit for her patients. Her philosophy as a healthcare provider is, “treat everyone who sits in my chair as family.” For Daniell, the most rewarding part of her job is giving her patients a positive experience. She wants everyone, even patients who do not enjoy going to the dentist or are fearful, to have a worry-free and relaxing experience.
In her spare time, Daniell enjoys geo-caching, hiking, fishing, going to the movies, and taking her youngest two kids to football practice. She also loves baking, cake decorating, and crafting with her 21-year-old identical twin daughters. Traveling and making memories through new experiences are some of her favorite activities.
Brandi – Registered Dental Assistant
Brandi graduated from Allied Health Careers and began her dental career in Austin, TX in 1992. She has been cross-trained in all areas of the dental office. After many years on the business side, she returned to assisting chairside in 1997. Brandi enjoys helping patients feel welcomed and making sure they understand their treatment needs. She truly cares for her patients and their comfort. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and getting to know them on a personal level.
Outside of the office she enjoys traveling with her husband, Frankie. She also loves spending time with her two sons, their wives, and 2 grandchildren Wesley and Ellie. When she has extra time she loves gardening, DIY projects, and refinishing/building furniture.
Brooke – Registered Dental Assistant
Brooke graduated from the American Academy of Health Professionals in 2009 as a Registered Dental Assistant and began her career shortly after. She joined the 12 Oaks Dental team as a chairside assistant in February of 2023. Brooke’s goal is to ensure her patients have the best experience possible and she is always there with a smile, a joke, and the occasional song.
Outside of the office, Brooke enjoys spending time with her 2 boys Evan and Parker. If she’s not at the baseball field, she watches movies, relaxes, or just spends time with family and friends.
Gentry – Registered Dental Assistant
Gentry or Gen was born in Plano, TX but grew up in Cedar Park. She began her career as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2013 and joined the 12 Oaks Dental team in October 2021. If you are new to our practice, you may recognize her as the person that is with you from the beginning to the end of your first visit. Her warm smile and genuine personality help our patients feel comfortable and cared for. She shows them that the dentist can be fun!
Outside of the office, she is a full-time baseball and gymnastics Mom to Braxton and Gracie. In a rare kid-free moment she loves the outdoors and you will find her hiking, listening to music, and working out (Yes, even in the Texas heat!). One of her favorite quotes is “Don’t stop if you’re tired, stop when you are done.”
Tommy the Tooth
Tommy the Tooth, the official mascot of 12 Oaks Dental, has been a member of our team since 1990.
He loves greeting each patient with a smile as they come through our door and is a fun morale booster for our team members. Tommy definitely has the travel bug! Some of his favorite trips were to Hawaii, Portland, Colorado, the Texas Coast and even Lubbock Texas. When he does stay around town, Tommy likes to dress his best and attend local events like Pecan Street Festival, Austin Rodeo, Longhorn and high school sporting events and even R.O.T. Rally.
