Rest assured, our 12 Oaks Dental Team, is doing everything we can do create a safe, protective dental environment for you and your loved ones. Let us make you feel even more comfortable by telling you about our state of the art Jade Air Purification System by Surgically Clean Air.
As you walk around our office you will notice we have 6 Jade filters that are actively and continuously pulling in aerosols. These filters monitor and increase activation as more aerosols are recognized. The specialized HEPA-RX Filter removes 99.998% of particles 0.1 microns in size. The air is then drawn through the activated carbon filter removing volatile chemicals and odors. Should anything actually remain, there is also degradation of particles using Ultraviolet (UV) Light and a Titanium dioxde Chamber. The Ultraviolet Light produced is a 254 Nanometer Wavelength UV light which degrades, chemicals, damages bacterial membranes and inactivates viruses. At the same time, the remaining aerosolizes and gasses in the airstream come into contact with the perforated cylindrical titanium dioxide coated surfaces. When this happens the reaction between the UV light waves and our titanium dioxide causes residual chemicals to be oxidized, bacterial membranes to be disrupted and viruses to be eliminated.
The purified air is finally charged with negative ions, re-energizing your air, and allowing us all to breathe a little easier, in more ways than one.
