COVID 19 HEALTH UPDATE
With the progression of the COVID 19 virus, we wanted to assure you that we are open and will continue to see patients until otherwise instructed.
Here at 12 Oaks Dental, your health and well-being is always of the upmost importance to us. We are continuing to follow all CDC and OSHA universal guidelines for cleaning our office and patient treatment areas. We have added additional disinfection of all surfaces like counter-tops and door handles. We have also arranged our schedule to limit the number of people in the office at one time, as well as moving chairs to increase distance between those in the reception area. There are multiple hand sanitizes available for your use. We use appropriate personal protection with each patient.
If an employee or an employee’s family member exhibits symptoms, they are required to stay home and will continue to receive compensation so that they do not affect their coworker and most importantly you, the patient.
Based on recommendations by the CDC and the health department we ask that you and your family be cautious and not come into the office if you have a fever, cough, or flu like symptoms. If you or anyone you have been around have these symptoms, please call our office and we will reschedule your appointment.
If you have an upcoming appointment you can expect a call from us to personally confirm your visit and that you and everyone in your home are well.
We understand the confusion in the media. We want you to know we are here for you. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the office so that we can help.
Thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing you at your next appointment.
